I have done all kinds of research myself, which means that you don't have to! I have leafed through tons of cookbooks and found recipes that are overly complicated, or too simplistic. These are my favorite vegan cookbooks.

Since publishing this first page on my favorite cookbooks, so many new ones have come out that I needed to dedicate a whole new page to all the new vegan cookbooks.
