Clear-Cutting for Soy

I think it is critical to distinguish soy grown for human consumption and soy grown to feed animals in CAFO's and other confinement settings. It is the latter which is responsible for the clear-cutting of forests. More than enough soy is grown on arable land, even if everyone switched from meat to soy, that clear-cutting would be totally unnecessary if it was only grown for human consumption.
