Their new dairy free ice cream products are delicious. Many build on the coconut milk ice cream that they came out with recently, and a few are just great fruit additions.

The body uses MCFAs as energy instead of stored fat, and they have anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties. While coconut milk may not be the best option for someone on a diet, they are great for people who just need to maintain their weight.

So Delicious coconut milk dairy free ice cream is the whitest white you've ever seen, and really light and fluffy. In the vanilla and chocolate flavors, you can taste only the faintest coconut flavor in the background, so even if you're not a big coconut fan, you will still love this ice cream. On the other hand, if you love coconut, the coconut ice cream bars are right up your alley.

I adore the banana split mini sandwiches--they have strawberry, banana, and chocolate on the sandwich, and the whole thing has a faint banana smell.
