"From every tree you shall eat; that shall be your meat"

by Tiwalade
(Chicago, IL)

I can't argue with the way things are just suppose to be... I chose as a young woman to become vegetarian and experienced new found health! It was commom for me to have bronchitis, colds, flus, strep throat and other infections.

I followed an instinct to stop eating dead animals and haven't turned back since, but have evolved to becoming a full fledged "VEGAN" and I haven't participated in a cold, flu, strep throat, the H1N1 lines or any other for 26 years now. As I said in the beginning I can't argue with the way things were just meant to be.

What's your choice???

I have had a similar experience. I have had the flu (due to extenuating circumstance) once in over fifteen years without any vaccinations since going vegan. I had a cold once in the same amount of time. I have not had bronchitis since I went vegan and used to have it chronically before that. I have had strep throat three times (three years in a row) due to harsh living situations but not outside of that. I still have asthma but, my doctor says it is due to the mold in my apartment. I take note this way of eating is the way we were instructed to eat in the book of Genesis and is purely by choice. I’m glad I finally made the right choice because I am having great results. None the less, my overall health has improved since going vegan and I can’t imagine ever going backwards.
