Regulate Menstrual Cycles with Less Processed Soy

I am 23 years old and about three years ago I got on a soy kick--but without even knowing it! My menstrual cycles were all over the place...6 weeks between, 3 weeks, 2 weeks, 8 weeks, etc.


My mother is always trying to educate herself and her 5 daughters about health and wellness, and mentioned the amount of soy I might be taking in...I just cut it out completely to see if it made a difference.

No more soy ever for me, and within 2 periods, my menstrual cycle was back on track, and I've never had a problem since. 31 days without fail! Maybe too much info, but I know a lot of young women with irregular periods. Might be good for some, but absolutely not for me. Too sensitive to it.
