Vegan Broccoli Recipe
Simple Lemon Vegan Broccoli RecipeIngredients:
- 2 32 oz bg Broccoli florets or 64 oz Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot mixture
- water
- ½ cup Olive Oil or ¼ cup Real Lemon juice
- Lemon Pepper to taste
Directions:Fill a quart pot about ¼ full of water. Place steamer in pot and fill it with half the vegetables.
Steam vegetables about 30 minutes; remove from heat and place in large aluminum pan. Repeat process for remaining vegetables. Mix together either oil or lemon juice with the lemon pepper. Drizzle mixture onto and vegetables, stirring lightly. And, voila!
