Lemon Raspberry & Coconut Cake

I just started a local vegan cake business in Seattle, WA

The cake pictured is a two tier vegan wedding cake. The top is a moist lemon cake with raspberry filling. The bottom is a creamy coconut cake. I decorated it simply with slices of lemon and limes, and topped it off with a lime twist.

Delicious!!

Wow! Congratulations! I think it's great that so many entrepreneurs with vegan missions find it favorable to start up in one city and often that city is Portland! It does give me hope :) Good luck with everything!
