My All-Time Favorite Vitamix Recipes

These are some of my all-time favorite Vitamix recipes for vegans, and I've had this crazy strong blender for 2007, so that's saying something. You can make so much in a Vitamix; from hummus to ice cream to hot soup to fresh, organic peanut butter.

Side note: Right now Vitamix is selling their Certified Reconditioned blenders for the lowest price ever, $249, from 8/1/16 to 9/30/16. This special deal also comes with a 5-year warranty and free shipping. This is an amazing way to get into the world of superpower kitchen equipment without a huge investment.

We use our Vitamix every other day or so because it truly saves a ton of time so I can focus on the more creative parts of cooking. It's also a huge money saver. Instead of buying almond butter, which has gotten so expensive, I can just buy organic almonds, toast them, and run them through my blender for a minute. There's nothing that can replace that freshly churned flavor.

Vegan Vitamix Recipes

I've made incredible lemon sorbet, strawberry banana ice cream from just frozen fruit, raw cashew cream, dozens of vegan macaroni and cheese recipes, pasta sauces like Alfredo, soups that need to be pureed, and as many combinations of smoothies as you can count.

There are hundreds of other amazing Vitamix recipes, and I'd love for you to submit your favorites below. What's your favorite way to use your Vitamix?
