Are You a Vegan Momma Too?

I'm sure you noticed that it's been a long time since you got a Vegan Nutritionista email. The shortest recap ever is that I had kids and I've been totally focused on them and so basically everything else went on the back burner.

All the time I used to take to work on my small business moved right over to being a stay-at-home and homeschool mom. And I do love it, but I also miss talking to you all. And I have accumulated some great tips over the past 9 years that I really want to share with you!

As I get myself back into working, I'm going to put all my updates on my Vegan Momma website. Have you seen it? It's similar to Vegan Nutritionista, but focuses on raising vegan children and navigating the social world of being different from the norm. I still share recipes there, and they're all ones that adults happily eat as well.

Vegan Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

Here's an example of a recipe I just shred on Vegan Momma. It's a classic biscuit style shortcake-- fluffy and buttery and a perfect accompaniment to fresh strawberries and sweet cashew cream.
