Vegan Summer Fun to the Max
July 21, 2018
What's Inside this Month?
Main Topic: Maximizing the Summer with My Favorite Recipes
Maxing out on Summer Vegan FoodSummer has always been my favorite time of year- I love the heat, the long days, the flowers and leaves and trees, and most of all, the summer fruits and vegetables. There's simply no other season with the bounty of produce like the summer tomatoes, peppers corn, berries, peaches, cherries, and plums.
After a dinner of a creamy cashew pesto pasta with white beans, zucchini cakes, fresh bicolor corn, and finished off with two types of cherries and blueberries for dessert, I knew I had to send you a quick list of my favorite summer recipes.
My Best Summer Recipes
