Our readers have submitted some ideas for what vegans eat that might be helpful to you if you're interested in going vegan. I don't specifically endorse any of the submissions below, but I really like the idea of providing people with examples of possible vegan meal plans.
If you are looking to make a dietary change, I would definitely recommend checking out some of my vegan meal plans for complete ideas on what to eat for dinners for a month.
Thank you to the ladies who submitted examples of what they eat in a day.

I have been a vegan for about a year now. I am only fifteen years old. It has been pretty hard to be a vegan considering that I don't buy my own food, and I am out a lot, but my parents are very supportive, so its become more and more easy. I eat a lot of:
-peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
-salads with italian dressing
-coffee, with soy milk
-arabic food such as: hummus, fatush salad, shwarma
-granola bars
-trail mix
-special k cereal with soy milk
-bananas
-black bean, salsa, corn, and rice burritos
-salsa and chips
-french fries
-vegan friendly pancakes (Bisquick substituting milk and eggs with water)
-pretzels
-kool-aid
-some sorts of ramen type noodles
-olives
-pickles
-oatmeal
-vegetables
-fruit
-potatoes and ketchup
