Vegan Chocolate Magic Shell

When I was a kid, my mom would always top our ice creams with that great chocolate shell. I think there's a vegan version in stores, but this recipe is so easy that I'd rather make it fresh. Plus it's way cheaper! People can never believe this vegan when I make it for them.
*1/4 cup soy creamer
*2 tbsp instant coffee
*1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
*1/4 cup canola oil
1. Bring soy creamer to bubbling in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in instant coffee and remove from heat.
2. Stir in chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Then add oil and stir until smooth.
If you store it in a glass jar, it keeps in the fridge for a long time. When you want to eat some, just microwave it for a few seconds to warm it before drizzling.
