My Vegan Spinach Salad
Eating right just feels good. *smile* Here we have what's left after a week of not shopping. So let's put it all together for one of the greatest spinach salads ever.
My Leftover Ingredients:
- Spinach leaves
- Cucumber
- Red bell peppers
- Apple pieces
- Walnut, chopped
- Avocado
- sea salt to taste
Toss with a Dressing:
- 1 Tbsp. Flax oil
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
