Went vegan with my daughter

I decided- after cutting down and losing 3st over a couple of years- that I didn't miss meat or fish that much so made the decision to go vegan just before Christmas. Everyone thought I was mad, but I'm enjoying the flavours of the new foods I'm eating so much I don't care!

My daughter, who has been a vegetarian for 4 years, talked to me and said she wished to try the vegan life style, I said I would help her and we work together finding new dishes and discovering things we like and don't, together. My other children haven't noticed but a lot of their meals are meat-free now and so far no complaints, my only worry is that my daughter is a fussy 14-year old and I want to make sure she eats enough in a day, we do take B12 supplements, any ideas??
